Rritu lives in Mumbai, India. When she’s not coaching, she spends time with her family, friends, nature and likes to collaborate on mental, social and environmental awareness projects focused on rural sectors and urban agglomerations. She is passionate about meditation and continues to feed her academic interest in learning and coaching by continued formal and informal education in spirituality, psychology, philosophy and neuroscience.
